Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policy
1. Order Cancellation 1.1. Cancellation requests for orders that have been processed and prepared for shipment are subject to an AED 50 cancellation fee. 1.2. If you decide to cancel your order after the item has shipped, you will be charged the shipping fee. After you refuse the item(s) and we receive the product back, your credit card will be credited the full amount minus the shipping fee. Some products may be subject to an additional 5% restocking fee.
2. Refund Policy 2.1. In case of order cancellation, your refund will proceed within – business days from submission of your cancellation. We will update you once your refund has been initiated. 2.2. The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We will refund the full amount of the product canceled, but the customer’s bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy. 2.3. If the company does not get a response from the customer within a week, the order gets canceled automatically. 2.4. If we refund by credit card, we will only refund the amount we received, and bank charges will be borne by the customer. 2.5. Refunds will only be provided through a bank transfer; in the case of cash payments, the customer will have to provide their bank details to receive the refund.
3. Return or Exchange of the Product 3.1. If products are damaged in transit, the exchange will proceed within –_ business days from submission of the complaint. No order cancellation or return is accepted after the order is delivered. 3.2. In the situation of damaged goods, customers can request an exchange via email or the contact number provided on the website. 3.3. The customer must provide an image or video of the damaged products while filing a complaint about damaged goods.
